Fall '26 · Now leasingGroup-leased houses for working professionals

Whole houses.
Group leases.
3 to 6 months.

We lease entire houses to a group of post-college renters on a short, fixed term. Every house has an in-house Keyholder — a resident operator who keeps the lease, the maintenance log, and the house running.

    Browse the directory

Filter houses by city, term length, and move-in date.

  2. 02
    Form your group

Invite the roommates you want. Hold the rooms together.

  3. 03
    Submit your application

The Keyholder reviews the lease and the group fit.

  4. 04

Rent splits cleanly. Maintenance and damage are tracked on the house record.

02 / The Keyholder

An operator in residence, not a landlord on call.

Every house has a Keyholder who lives in it. They run house meetings, handle maintenance, and own the lease. They earn a discount on rent and a share of the lease.
